about

The Beatitudes of Jesus turn us on our heads. The Butterfly Effect turns us on our heads. The Revolution of the Heart turns us on our heads, so as to turn our hearts.

lyrics

Blessed and happy are those poor in spirit
For to them God’s kingdom they will inherit
The initiation into God’s sacred wisdom to merit
The fear of the LORD in the all lowliness bear it
Blessed and happy are the meek and lowly
For to them the promised land if only
To take upon yourself the yoke of a humble soul
And reverence with piety the Holy of Holies
Blessed indeed are those who do mourn
For to them will come comfort after the storm
The knowledge brings upon tears without scorn
In anticipation of the new life yet to be born
Blessed those hungering and thirsting for righteousness
They will attain satisfaction and fullness
With inner courage to stand for justice
Because they can taste with hope the evidence

Beatitude demands our hearts undergo revolution
Each of us are lights that must make contribution
Christ is our master teacher, we are the student
In order for us to harmonize with angelic music

Blessed are you for yours is the kingdom

Blessed are you for yours shall be wisdom

Blessed and happy those forgiving with mercy
To them they will see mercy itself returning
The gifts of the spirit bears fruit for yearning
They will need you to counsel what you’re learning
Blessed and happy are those with hearts clean
They will behold the face of Most High Elohim
With understanding will comprehend what the Gospel means
And in retrospect see clearly how God leads
Blessed and happy are the bringers of peace SHALOM
For they must be God’s children His own
In this wisdom is brought to completion and known
And peace results from the divine union of the soul
Blessed are those persecuted by unrighteous resistance
For yet still to them belongs God’s eternal kingdom
No servant is greater than their master, its finished
The ascending consummation of the Spirit is given
